Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Decomica furniture. If something isn’t right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Changed your mind?
If you simply change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days for a refund. A €40 return fee applies (to cover DPD collection) and is deducted from your refund.
Faulty or damaged on arrival?
If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, the return is completely free — we arrange a free DPD collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please report any fault or transit damage within 14 days of delivery; a couple of photos help us resolve it quickly.
2-year warranty
Every Decomica piece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to start a return
Email support@decomica.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send instructions and arrange collection. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected.
