Free delivery across the UK, EU, Norway & Switzerland
At Decomica, delivery is free to the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. The price you see is the price you pay — all prices include VAT, and there is nothing more to pay when your order is delivered (no additional VAT, customs or handling charges on arrival).
Where we deliver free
- Free delivery: the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, Norway and Switzerland.
- Not currently free: Bulgaria, Greece, Malta and Cyprus — due to significantly higher carrier costs to these destinations. Please contact us for a delivery quote to these four countries before ordering.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery is by DPD, fully tracked, typically arriving within 6–9 working days door to door.
- You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
VAT & customs
All prices on decomica.com are shown VAT inclusive. For the UK, EU, Norway and Switzerland, you will not be asked to pay any VAT, import duty or customs charges on delivery — it is all included in the price. Business customers who need a VAT-exclusive invoice can email support@decomica.com before purchase.
