Products & Quality
Are your products good quality?
Yes. All Decomica products are manufactured to meet EU safety and quality standards, with great care taken in materials, construction, and packaging. We aim to deliver the same quality you’d find from top high-street brands at a fraction of the price — our customer reviews speak for themselves.
Where can I find independent customer reviews?
We use Judge.me for verified customer reviews — you’ll find these on each product page. You can also read independent feedback about us on platforms like Trustpilot.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Decomica products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any defect within that period, contact support@decomica.com with your order number and a brief description (photos if possible) — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Do you have a showroom or physical store?
No. Decomica is an online-only store with no physical retail location. We’ve made this choice deliberately so we can keep our pricing competitive — passing the savings on rent, business rates, and staff to you. Our product listings include high-resolution photos and detailed specifications so you can confidently choose without visiting in person.
Orders & Delivery
What does “dispatch” mean?
Dispatch is the moment your order leaves our warehouse and enters the DPD courier network. Once dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking number by email. Dispatch time is the warehouse handling period (typically 1–2 working days); delivery time (5–7 working days within the EU) starts from the dispatch date.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Weekend delivery is not part of our standard service. If you have an urgent need, please email support@decomica.com and we’ll see whether we can arrange a quote with our carrier.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, including items, delivery details, VAT breakdown, and total. You can also download a PDF invoice from your My Account page at any time.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others) and PayPal. We do not accept Klarna or other “buy now, pay later” services. For bank transfer arrangements, please contact support@decomica.com.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments on Decomica are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers over an SSL-secured connection. We do not store your card details on our servers — your payment information is encrypted in transit and handled directly by the payment provider.
Do you price match competitor offers?
We always aim to offer competitive pricing. If you’ve found one of our products at a lower price from a comparable competitor, email support@decomica.com with the details and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes. We’re happy to provide trade discounts for businesses or bulk orders — the percentage depends on the products and quantity. Email support@decomica.com with your requirement and we’ll send you a quote.
