Good but shipping could be better. 1st of all, I got the chair and it’s in perfect condition. Set-up is easy, takes about an hour. Love the chair! My cat loves it as well, so already looking for actions to keep her off it.. What could be better is shipping. Yes, within a day a message went out to DPD for shipment and I got a tracking code. It took them 2 weeks to actually pick it up. After that it was here in 4 business days. The team did respond to me quickly when I alerted this, and gave me an indication of when the shipment would be picked up at their location (end of week).. so all-in-all: if this was shipped immediately I would have given 5 stars. If they did not promise shipment within a day and they just told me when it was shipping, I would also have given 5 stars.. the misconnection between what is promised and done.. something I don’t like so much.
