Good chair that arrived relatively quickly. I have to admit that when I did not receive the promised shipment confirmation and was unable to create an account on the Decomica web site that I wondered if there was some truth to the relatively few negative reviews. But I got a quick response to my email asking for the status of my order with shipment information indicating that the parcel was just a few days away. I received the chair and it was easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the styrofoam had shed thousands of small pieces that where electrically charged and almost impossible to get rid of. Disposing the packaging took at least twice the time of assembly. If only Decomica had put the styrofoam inside plastic bags, I would have been totally happy.

beautiful chair. The chair is beautiful and seems as comfortable as my office chair (TBC, I’ve only been sitting on it for half a day). I would give 5 stars is there wasn’t a defective screw head (there are 6 screws to attach the chair arms). I could not use the provided Allen key and i had to use a plier to tighten it. Problem is fixed now, but still I have removed one star because of this
